Shipping policy
This is my first time selling a product online worldwide. Please be mindful and kind as I try to figure this out independently. I am doing my best to ensure you get a copy of the book as quickly as possible, but I am not Amazon and unfortunately can not provide a 1-day delivery. You can find the Shipping Policy below:
Order Limits
- Maximum Items per Order: due to inventory and shipping constraints, a maximum of 2 items per order is allowed. If you wish to purchase more than 2 items, please place a separate order.
Order Processing
- Standard Orders: All orders take approximately 1-3 weeks to process before they are shipped. Please note that this time is required to ensure quality checks, packaging, and preparation for shipment.
- 4 weeks to process before shipping, as these items may be restocked or produced based on demand.
- You will be notified when your order is processed.
Country Not Available:
- I’ve made every effort to make shipping available to as many countries as possible. However, if your country or city is not available at checkout, it may be due to certain limitations beyond my control. Please feel free to email me at cai@whywithcai.com, and I will do my best to ensure it's included.
Delivery Timeframes:
- Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Please note that your package will only be shipped out after processing.
- I aim to ship each pre-order order batch out by the end of each month.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- While I do my best to ensure every order is carefully prepared, unfortunately I cannot be responsible for any loss or damage once the package is handed over to the carrier.
Customs Duty:
- Orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees the destination country imposes.
